Words from the Heart

Kathleen Fuller is one of my favorite Amish fiction writers. Her writing has an “authentic” feel to it. As with her other books, this one will not disappoint her readers.
This is a sweet story of love, longing, and finding your place in life. Ivy’s struggling to find her place in her community as a young, unmarried Amish woman. Noah is not looking for love, but wondering if he should continue in his chosen occupation. His eccentric Amish aunt, Cecilia, has a secret all her own. The discovery of a batch of old love letters brings the these three together in a satisfying love story that will hold your attention through the last chapter. As the characters were seeking to discover how God was leading them, I found myself taking to hear the principles of trusting in God for guidance in everything in life.
I normally never read books out of order in series. I did this one, and found that I still enjoyed it even though I was reading it out of sequence.
I was provided a copy of this book by the publisher through Net Galley. All opinions in this review are my own.
