My Review:
This sweet book by Kathleen Fuller has sparkles of humor all the way through this story. It has its serious moments, too, and that makes this a very enjoyable book to read. I loved Martha’s character and her dilemma of being the only single girl among all those young Amish men who were looking for a wife. The first few pages telling about her “escape” had me smiling as I read. It’s the best kind of Amish romance with humor, misunderstandings, nosey friends and relatives, and a storyline that keep me picking up the book as often as I could find moments to read during the day. I love the folks in this Amish community and look forward to the next book in this series.
