My Review:

Even though it’s nearly ninety degrees outside as I write this review, this book had me thinking about snowflakes, Christmas trees, and hot chocolate. Christmas candles are one of my favorite things about the Christmas season, and I thought the Bayberry Candle Factory made the perfect setting for a story about the holidays.

The two main characters in this book, Kate and Wesley, are both good people that care about their families and the community.  Bayberry is a picture-perfect small town, and the main employer is the candle factory.  As Kate and Wesley work to keep the factory in business, they are also mindful that if the factory closes, the town will likely shut down, too.  As always with a Hallmark book, there’s a sweet romance that grows throughout the book.  I loved reading Kate and Wesley’s story.  Even though I read this book in July, I’ll look forward to adding it to my Christmas book shelf and reading it again during the Christmas season. And that beef stew recipe looks perfect for a snowy day in winter!

I received a copy of this book from the publisher.  All opinions are my own.
