My Review:

Luke Hutchenson and Hannah Antonicelli have each find themselves at a time of new beginnings and change in their lives.  Luke has returned home to care for his father as he recovers from surgery. For Luke, returning home also means repairing his bad reputation from his actions in past years. He’s renewed his faith and is now attempting to live his life in a way that honors God. Following the tragic death of her sister, Hannah has suddenly found herself as a new single mom to her 18 month old twin nieces. As they work together on project that is important to both of them, Hannah and Luke find themselves wondering if they could have a future together.  But there are family secrets that could destroy their relationship, and it will take all trust and grace they have to reconcile their pasts with the present.

Luke and Hannah’s stories are a reminder to us that God can and will change lives and give them “a hope and a future”.  It’s then our job to accept their changed heart and not hold the past against them.  I liked the major themes of hope, forgiveness, and grace that runs throughout this book.
