My Review:
This is yet another excellent book by Max Lucado. There are fourteen chapters in this book, twelve of which focus on a specific promise of God. Some of the promises that the author picked to focus on surprised me, but each one of them took on a special meaning to me as I read the chapter. As always with all of Mr. Lucado’s books, this book can make you smile, laugh, sigh, or bring tears to your eyes. You’ll come away with a grateful heart towards God and a new appreciate of how scripture applies directly to your life. If you are needing encouragement in life, this book will help you lift your gaze up to God in grateful praise for all He does for us.
