My Review:
This is a beautiful, heart-tugging story of seeking God’s will for your life even through times of unexpected heartbreak and tragedy. The two main characters in this book, Amelia and Owen, are drawn together as they face some tough decisions as to how to care for their three orphaned nephews. Amelia’s love and unselfishness was an inspiration. I think Owen represented the struggles that we can all have when we are called to make life-changing decisions. Although this book does begin with sorrow, I found my heart was lifted up by the end of the book as I watched Amelia and Owen work together in their faithful walk with God. Although this is fiction, the message of seeing how God was working “all things together for good” in their lives is one that we can carry over to our own lives. This well-written book was a delight to read.
I voluntarily received a copy of this book from the publisher. All opinions are my own.
