My Review:
This book has the perfect blend of sweet, clean Regency fiction and inspirational reading for the Christmas holidays.  The added bonus to this collection of stories is that each one is written by a talented author who understands the details of the time period.

The storylines in each novella were not only heart-touching, but also very interesting.  I loved the main character in each story.  In “Meet Me Under the Kissing Bough”, Deborah is a widow who wonders if she can find the courage to love again. In “Healing Hearts for the Holidays”, Julia desperately wants to choose her own happiness and bring to an end the animosity between two families.  “A Christmas Correspondence” finds Lady Carolyn Morleigh to be somewhat of a Scrooge, but life is about to take a turn she never expected.Although these are shorter stories, the pacing of each story was great and none of the endings felt rushed.

If you love to read fiction set during the Regency period, you’ll love this book.  It’s an excellent collection of stories that are clean and heart-warming.
